Meeting Moss

Head north from home after Aunty’s planter quest to find Moss outside his den. Talk twice to set his request cadence.\n\nMoss appears reliably once Aunty is home and planters are built. If he’s quiet, progress Bufo/Willow and return.

Section 02

Quest 1 – Snow Fur Tuft

Search near Moss’s clearing for a white Snow Fur Tuft; deliver it to Gnawtusk just north. Checks before leaving: - 1 tea, 1 pie (daylight). - Lantern for dusk. - Empty 2 slots for new items.

Section 03

Quest 2 – Heavy Key (Dark Thicket East of Home)

Travel east toward Gnawtusk’s thicket. Cut thick vines with your upgraded axe. Move south-west until you spot a skull landmark; the Heavy Key lies nearby on the ground. Return to Moss with the key—quest pauses until Aunty’s stew arc.

Section 04

Final Arc – Healing Stew and Pinesap’s Clues

Aunty falls ill: brew Healing Stew (four mushroom types). Deliver Pinesap’s Shawl to Moss. Search north of Moss: cut growth, reach the abandoned cart, find the Fine Woolen Hood. Report back, then return to break rocks left of the cart and sweep the hidden nook for the Pendant. Deliver the pendant to Moss for closure and the Moss Moves On achievement. Pause at the clearing—a moment of respect fits the game’s heart.
