Farm plant fibers for early yarn, then pivot to fur tufts from critters. Spin them nightly so you never bottleneck.
Fur Tuft sources
Hunt night critters near treelines and set small traps along paths; bring a lantern to reduce back-tracking. Spin tufts nightly so coats never bottleneck.
Sweater > Hat > Gloves > Scarf for pure warmth. Late game swap to balanced sets that buff stamina.
This quest-only hood is found near an old tree by an abandoned cart in the northern woods beyond Gnawtusk’s area. Clear overgrowth with a strong axe, pick up the hood, then return it to Moss to complete his task. If you need wearable headgear, knit a Fur-Lined Hood instead.
Dyed gear boosts morale and NPC friendship. Save rare dyes for festival outfits that double as warmth gear.
Supply Tip 1
Always leave the burrow with at least six yarn queued.
Supply Tip 2
Stockpile buttons from trade routes for advanced pieces.
Supply Tip 3
Track warmth per slot in the Warmth Matrix to avoid duplicates.
